PURGING SYSTEM 3003 SERIES c / w VENT
Should You need to place a large IP65 size marshalling panel of about 800x800x2000mm in the Hazardous area?
SOLUTION: install Purging System P + F Bebco 3003 this series
WORK SYSTEM: This purging tool will inject the O2 or Nitrogen water instrument into your panel. This injectable O2 will push out the SOURCE GAS that is trapped inside the panel when the panel is closed, via VENT GAP.
3 ANGLE EXPLOSION - the fulfillment of the following 3 components in one place will result in an explosion:
1. Source Gas (combustible gas)
2. Ignition / Fire (source of fire / lighter)
3. O2 air
So this purging system will remove one of the 3 components of the explosion above, ie SOURCE GAS, so that if a short circuit arises there is a spark in the panel and mixed with O2 then it will not cause an explosion.
What is needed in the installation later is a water instrument or it could be with Nitrogen. Other Requirements The panel should be IP65-proof, otherwise the airtight injections will be out, so the compressor will continue to infuse the panel.
